These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of amzreviews.xyz (the “Site”) and all products and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Amzreviews Ltd. (“Amzreviews,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site or purchasing a Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you disagree, you may not access the Site or use the Service.
SERVICE DISCLAIMERS
Disclaimer 1 – Fixed Pricing for the Project Term
The price quoted on your invoice is locked for the stated project duration (30, 60, or 90 days). If external factors require us to suspend product purchasing, we will pause the campaign and resume once conditions normalize; no additional fees will be charged.
Disclaimer 2 – No Guarantees on Rank or Review Count
Amzreviews does not guarantee a specific sales rank, keyword position, or number of reviews. Historically, ~95% of verified buyers in our network leave a review. If a tester is dissatisfied, they may decline to review and will privately share product feedback with us so you can improve.
Disclaimer 3 – Variable Unit Distribution
The exact number of product units distributed may vary slightly from the total listed on your invoice. If we distribute more units, you will not be charged extra. If we distribute fewer, a credit equal to the shortfall will be applied to your account.
Disclaimer 4 – Returns
If a tester returns a product, email proof of the return from Amazon Seller Central to support@amzreviews.xyz and we will credit the service fee for that unit. The buyer will be removed from our network to prevent recurrence.
Disclaimer 5 – No Refunds After Campaign Start
All payments are final once received. Campaigns begin immediately upon payment, and funds are committed to reviewer reimbursements and advertising costs. By paying, you acknowledge and accept that no full refunds are available.

We may correct errors or omissions and update information at any time without notice, including after you have submitted an order.
12. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, transmit malware, collect personal data, spam, or interfere with security features.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Amzreviews is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
